Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred); in business, supply chain or related field
  • Possess knowledge of MS Office, SAP or other relative ERP tools
  • Have a continuous improvement and customer focused mindset
  • Bring experience with digital tools and process improvements
  • Possess excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end‑to‑end Order‑to-Cash (O2C) process by translating tactical execution into strategic insight, anticipating customer needs, and driving financial results within the O2C framework
  • Driving customer satisfaction through resolving complex order issues, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining service performance standards
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, business partners, and the commercial organization to support execution, contribute to account plans, and ensure service excellence
  • Applying strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to navigate complex O2C processes, manage competing priorities, and support strategic decision‑making
  • Analyzing supply chain and business KPIs, driving performance improvements, and sharing best practices to accelerate business growth
  • Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and implementing sustainable solutions based on market intelligence and a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Championing digital tools and ways of working by promoting eCommerce and self‑service solutions, ensuring business continuity, and leveraging Microsoft Office, SAP, and ERP systems to support customer experience
