The role partners with the BI team to define dashboard and scorecard requirements, validate data accuracy, and standardize metric definitions across customer portfolios. Working closely with Customer Enablement Managers and cross‑functional partners, the Analyst translates business questions into KPIs, builds performance narratives, and delivers insights that explain what’s happening, why, and what to do next. Success looks like trusted, consistent reporting, tighter forecasting and performance visibility, and streamlined reporting workflows that scale. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain, e‑commerce)
  • Proficiency with BI platforms (Power BI or Tableau) to interpret dashboards, shape insights, and recommend enhancements
  • Working knowledge of SQL (or proven ability to partner with technical teams to validate data and shape queries)
  • Experience translating business questions into analytical requirements and KPI frameworks
  • Travel up to 5%

Responsibilities

  • Define and validate reporting: Partner with the BI team to scope dashboard requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure reports are clear, actionable, and aligned to standard definitions.
  • Translate business needs into KPIs: Convert questions from Customer Enablement and commercial stakeholders into analytical requirements, measurable metrics, and consistent visuals.
  • Support forecasting and modeling: Identify key inputs, interpret trends and drivers, and translate results into guidance for site, portfolio, and network decision‑making.
  • Improve data quality and governance: Document metric definitions and assumptions, reconcile anomalies, and advance standardized, consistent reporting.
  • Streamline and automate workflows: Identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes and implement automation with BI partners.
  • Deliver targeted analysis: Conduct ad‑hoc analyses for strategic initiatives, executive reviews, and operational improvement; present insights succinctly for business audiences.
