This remote role is responsible for managing a critical, priority lane for our client, ensuring all high‑visibility freight moves efficiently and on schedule. The Customer Logistics Manager oversees key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire team while providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback to drive operational excellence. This position requires proven transportation experience—whether in production support, supplier management, or carrier management—with a strong understanding of transportation operations. The manager will directly supervise six coordinators and indirectly lead fourteen clerks. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build rapport while holding team members accountable in a professional, supportive manner.
