About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Onboarding Coordinator - REMOTE. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the transition from contract signing to becoming expert users of their Cloud PBX system. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, providing training, and addressing any questions or concerns that arise. This position not only impacts customer satisfaction but also plays a vital role in fostering long-term relationships and driving user adoption. Your contributions will enhance the overall effectiveness of the onboarding process within our VoIP NOC team.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer-focused communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and Hosted PBX features
  • Comfortable conducting live virtual training sessions using tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong documentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through diligently

Responsibilities

  • Follow through on issued quotes to secure signed contracts
  • Process Letters of Authorization (LOA) for phone number porting
  • Conduct Discovery Calls to understand the client’s organizational structure
  • Conduct guided walkthroughs and training sessions for customers
  • Document implementation details clearly for internal coordination
  • Address initial post-go-live questions related to call quality and feature configuration
  • Perform basic diagnostics and escalate complex issues when necessary
