Coaching new end users on our software Being a consultant to our new software users Upgrading customers from Signature to Premium Working on retention initiatives for existing clients Webinars on training new and existing clients Providing onboarding guidance for new clients of our sister company Who are we looking for? Love talking to people of all technical experiences Ability to communicate well through online meetings and in-person Have high attention to details Ability to talk to new clients and complete the discovery process Have excellent time management skills Have industry and iClassPro software experience (this is a huge plus!)   • Love talking to people of all technical experiences
  • Ability to communicate well through online meetings and in-person

  • Ability to talk to new clients and complete the discovery process
  • Have excellent time management skills
