Essential Job Functions: Lead and oversee a team of strategic account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve business objectives. Develop customized logistics solutions to meet the unique needs and requirements of our customers, leveraging industry knowledge, best practices, and innovative technologies. Collaborate with execution teams to identify opportunities for new business development and expansion of existing accounts. Lead the development and presentation of proposals, including solution design, pricing strategies, and value propositions. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer account leadership, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Lead team to manage customer relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations, contractual agreements, and service level agreements. Monitor and evaluate account performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal and external customers. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
