Strata Networks is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist onsite at the Roosevelt retail store to serve as a key point of contact between our customers and the services we provide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, balancing service and sales, and contributing to a team that values professionalism and community relationships. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—both over the phone and in our retail offices. You’ll help customers navigate billing questions, set up new services, make account changes, and learn about Strata Networks’ products. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate clearly will directly impact the customer experience. This position combines customer service, administrative accuracy, and sales support in a fast-paced office environment.
