About The Position

Strata Networks is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist onsite at the Roosevelt retail store to serve as a key point of contact between our customers and the services we provide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, balancing service and sales, and contributing to a team that values professionalism and community relationships. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—both over the phone and in our retail offices. You’ll help customers navigate billing questions, set up new services, make account changes, and learn about Strata Networks’ products. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate clearly will directly impact the customer experience. This position combines customer service, administrative accuracy, and sales support in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with a business degree or 2–5 years of customer service, sales, or retail experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with 90% accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly, professional service to customers by phone and in person
  • Assisting with billing inquiries, service requests, new connections, and disconnects
  • Completing service applications and ensuring customer information is accurate and complete
  • Reviewing credit references for new customers and applying appropriate billing actions
  • Promoting and explaining Strata Networks services to meet customer needs
  • Building knowledge of all company products and services
  • Working collaboratively with team members to support departmental and company goals
  • Contributing to strategic objectives and performance expectations
