The CRM Manager is a field‑based relationship leader supporting Puzzle Healthcare’s skilled nursing facility partners across Michigan and a growing multi‑state footprint. This role is highly hands‑on and travel‑intensive, focused on strengthening partner relationships, identifying early operational or satisfaction issues, and ensuring facilities feel consistently supported between leadership touchpoints. This position requires frequent in‑state and nationwide travel.
