Customer Service Agent (CSA) — Sightseeing Tours (Outdoor Position)
About The Position
Join the Front Line of NYC Tourism TopView Sightseeing is hiring Customer Service Agents to support our growing tourism operations across New York City. This is an outdoor, field-based position located at high-traffic tourist attractions and sightseeing stops. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy working in dynamic city environments. Schedules may vary based on tourism demand, weather, and operational needs. Weekend and Night availability, and flexibility are required. Compensation $17.00 per hour base pay $0.50 per ticket printed and/or sold Strong earning potential in high-volume locations
Responsibilities
- Wear full company uniform and maintain professional appearance
- Ability to carry promotional signage and materials throughout the shift
- Operate company-issued POS machine
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Handle and reconcile daily cash
- Explain tour packages, pricing and hours of operation
- Ensure customers understand their purchases
- Print tickets for referrals
- Assist customers with app downloads and reservations
