As a Customer Service Manager in Asset Wealth Management, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will provide exceptional customer service and share your knowledge of our products and services to support customers in their financial journey. Your role will involve communicating with customers via phone and email, resolving queries, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services.

  • Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written.
  • Security Licenses: 7/66
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Wealth Management clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Cross-sell/Refer individual customers to other JPMC lines of business for in-depth wealth discussions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to deliver high-quality responses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client queries.
  • Adapt communication style to meet customer needs.
  • Identify and recommend improvements within the Customer Support function
  • Handle challenging conversations, including complaints.
