Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer calls from homeowners needing electrical service.
  • Book Appointments: Help customers understand their options and book service appointments with confidence.
  • Resolve Concerns: Support active customers with professionalism and care.
  • Take Ownership: We want your judgment, not someone who just checks boxes. You’ll be expected to think creatively, communicate clearly, and take ownership of every customer interaction.
