The Customer Service Assistant serves as an integral part of the Law Center Copy & Mail team, assisting with all aspects of the campus’s mail and copying needs. This position serves as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students in need of assistance with printing needs, mailing, courier, and overnight carrier services. Reporting directly to the Customer Services Supervisor, the role is responsible for providing top- notch copy and mail services and providing any relevant troubleshooting. The position is responsible for operating high-volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, a mail meter, as well as other finishing devices.
