Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers at live events, product launches, and promotional campaigns, providing top-notch service.
  • Act as a friendly, professional, and energetic brand ambassador for our clients.
  • Clearly communicate product details, promotions, and services to create a memorable customer experience.
  • Help with event setup, coordination, and breakdown to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and provide valuable insights for campaign success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve event goals and targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and performance growth initiatives.
