About The Position

The Customer Service Coordinator has a critical role in supporting project execution by creating material orders, ensuring complete and timely deliverables, creating and customizing documentation, and administrative project management support.

Requirements

  • Experience in inventory, logistics, or related business applications.
  • Working knowledge of database systems for data entry and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally; both verbally and in writing with all levels inside and outside the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CLP or NMBS knowledge and experience will be preferred.
  • (2-3) years of experience in the construction or building materials Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and ensure complete and timely delivery of material.
  • Request and receive project files.
  • Process and log change orders and no-charge deliveries.
  • Analyze and compare material list for cost analysis.
  • Assist project managers as needed.
  • Coordinate customer requests in the project manager’s absence.
  • Update database to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Adapts to evolving processes and participates in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail and accountability, ensuring follow-through on all responsibilities.
