About The Position

The Customer Service Representative supports the Customer Service Supervisor and department in the performance of daily activities which including but are not limited to creating and issuing invoices. Initiating billing cycles and verifying appropriate charges. Generating quotes for freight using establish company policies and procedures. Provides excellent customer service support by telephone and email.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Efficient in the use of MS Office, specifically email
  • One year of business billing experience (nice to have)
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Create and issue invoices
  • Initiate billing cycles and verify appropriate charges
  • Generate quotes for freight using established company policies and procedures
