Schedule : Typical working hours are from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday . You're responsible for thoroughly answering questions and resolving various issues to keep customers happy. Requirements

  • Ability to work from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on a consistent daily basis
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
  • Our ideal candidate has 1+ years of customer service experience with an electrical, plumbing, or HVAC company.
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
