Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming emails, calls, provide active listening to customer issues, and provide requested updated information. Schedule service appointments and dispatch the appropriate service professionals to job sites efficiently. Maintain organized customer files, record service requests, and manage billing and invoicing information. Constantly communicate with customers, mobile crews to relay work orders, messages, and updates. Address customer questions, resolve issues as they arise, and handle unexpected problems that impact service delivery. Accurate, and continuous efforts towards streamlining routes of your respective crews. Maintaining and constant updating of customer portals, or direct communication lines as needed.
