Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be physically located within the United States
  • Applicants must have reliable internet and access to a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members who have requested information
  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process with professionalism
  • Build strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Support existing members with account updates, policy reviews, and general assistance
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
