This candidate will participate in a comprehensive training program, which includes exposure to multiple departments and ability to do the customer service role as a base. During this program, the trainee will rotate through areas inside the customer service department such as phone answering, repeat orders, new items entry, etc. As well as outside the customer service department, for example: inside sales, estimating, design, production, and AR. This rotational program will support developing foundational leadership skills and technical knowledge. Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will move into a designated management role.
