Role Overview The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading and developing the customer service team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This role oversees daily operations, performance standards, training, and compliance while driving continuous improvement and accountability across customer service functions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibility
  • Strong coaching, communication, and team development skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role
  • Ability to manager a team across various locations
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive process improvements
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience developing or enforcing performance metrics and service standards
  • Ability to lead change and hold teams accountable to expectations
  • Proficiency with standard business software and CRM tools
  • High school diploma required

  • Additional education or training preferred
  • Prior experience in pest control or related industries a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture
  • Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce performance standards, KPIs, and service-level expectations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Train new team members and support ongoing development of existing staff
  • Monitor customer service metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage department resources and operate within approved budgets
