About The Position

As a Sales Champion, you are an energetic, customer-focused brand ambassador who drives membership sales, educates guests on our services, and ensures every customer leaves with a smile—and a cleaner car than they expected. You set the tone for a strong sales culture at the wash, leading by example and training others to become confident, effective salespeople. This is a commission-driven role built for someone who thrives on hitting goals, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering an unforgettable customer experience. Your enthusiasm, coaching mindset, and passion for service directly impact both team performance and customer loyalty. This position will be based out of the stores and will work some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and clearly explain Spark’s wash packages, membership programs, and free amenities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
  • Be register-trained and assist customers with transactions, questions, and service needs
  • Effectively communicate the value of each product and service, demonstrating strong product and car wash knowledge
  • Support brand consistency by representing Spark’s standards, energy, and professionalism
  • Respond promptly to customer service needs and resolve issues with courtesy and care
  • Lead and develop training to continuously improve product knowledge, sales technique, and customer experience skills
  • Increase site capture rate, membership conversions, and overall sales performance
  • Facilitate onboarding and training new teammates in sales and customer engagement best practices
