PURPOSE OF POSITION: To receive the incoming Service Center material into the ERP system, log activities, and provide other assistance as required. Process RMA requests in ERP system.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other tools for all customer interface communication and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: Required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Tools: Helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • To receive the incoming Service Center material into the ERP system, log activities, and provide other assistance as required.
  • Create and coordinate all repair order activity with external repair customers & partners
  • Receive Customer Material into the ERP System per the company’s standard operating procedures
  • Ensure there is no customer material in the incoming queue at the end of business.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Use our systems and processes to maintain accurate customer records, track service needs, and monitor equipment status.
  • Assist with creating and posting department metric information as needed
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and in alignment with company goals.
  • Engage with customers to promote our services, help manage leads, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Develop an environment of continual improvement through the use of Lean tools.
  • Promote the Bird Family Values through your actions – Trust, Innovation, Teamwork, Achievemen,t and Accountability.
  • Be able to explain key concepts of the Quality Policy, Quality Goals, and complete requirements from ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) training.
