Responsibilities

Lead with Empathy, making customers feel heard, respected, and valued from the very first call.
Use your Curiosity to fully understand each client’s needs, scheduling the right services and entering accurate information using our Google-integrated software.
Demonstrate Responsibility by following procedures, documenting interactions thoroughly, and doing what’s expected—every time.
Show Ambition by educating clients on the benefits of our Maintenance Plans—and earning commissions when they enroll.
Collaborate with your team to solve challenges and continuously improve the customer experience.
Represent our company with compassion and confidence, treating each customer as if they were your neighbor.
