Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher

Requirements
- Previous HVAC dispatch experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with scheduling and dispatch software
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and create work orders
- Dispatch HVAC technicians to service and maintenance calls
- Coordinate daily schedules and adjust routes throughout the day
- Communicate appointment updates with customers
- Prioritize emergency service requests
- Track technician progress and job completion
- Ensure accurate work order documentation for billing
