About The Position

Provide customer service to our customers, internal and external.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent Customer Service
  • Requires time management skills and muti-task abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • ICD-10 Knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • one-year experience in customer service
  • Must be able to lift to 40 lbs.
  • Requires up and down gestures assisting patients and obtaining necessary equipment.
  • Sitting for various lengths of time while operating computer

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to patients needs by assisting or transferring to the appropriate party
  • Assist walk-ins
  • Process Cash Sales/Collect Co-Pays
  • Process Refunds
  • Train Patients on equipment dispensed
  • Create Patient Charts
  • Create Sales Orders at patient requests
  • Confirm Deliveries
  • Obtain Shipping Status on Invoices
  • Prepare Claims for Billing
  • Scan Delivery Confirmation on all dropship orders
  • Create Orders for dropship
  • Contact patients and facilities on refill supplies and document according to insurance guidelines
  • Create Orders for outside Vendors
  • Create Purchase Orders per Vendor
