Home Run Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) at Janesville Subaru. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about our vehicle offerings and services, playing a critical part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and provide information on vehicle availability, financing options, and promotional offers. As the voice of our dealership, your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be crucial in addressing their needs and concerns. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer management systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to help customers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate follow-up calls with customers.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
  • Manage customer data and maintain a database of leads and follow-ups.
  • Hand off sales leads to the appropriate department and ensure follow-through.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve overall customer experience.
