Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (highly preferred).
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflict professionally and efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow within the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional customer support via phone and email in English and Spanish
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Resolve client account issues by collaborating with credit, collections, operations, and other internal teams.
  • Train clients on company systems, reports, and processes.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail across all client interactions.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting department activity and performance goals.
  • Retain clients by delivering consistent, reliable service.
