About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a background in marketing. The ideal candidate understands both customer experience principles and marketing strategy, enabling them to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute insights that enhance campaigns and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media management or digital marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction and brand standards
  • Support marketing initiatives by communicating promotions, campaigns, and product updates to customers
  • Gather and document customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements
  • Assist in executing email campaigns, surveys, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and customer experience
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
