Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional phone and in-person presence
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (CRM/DMS experience a plus)
  • A team-first mindset with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive, body shop, or insurance experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for body shop customers
  • Greet customers in person and handle inbound phone calls professionally
  • Open and manage repair orders
  • Communicate repair status updates clearly and accurately
  • Coordinate with estimators, technicians, insurance companies, and parts
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
  • Maintain a clean, professional front-office environment
