About The Position

Are you an energetic, detail-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A-1 is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at our thriving shop. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, shops, vendors, and suppliers—making a positive impact through every conversation. This is more than just answering phones. It’s about problem-solving, building relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with general office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and stay organized
  • Must have open availability and the ability to cover multiple locations if necessary
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Identify customer needs, offer solutions, and educate them on our products/services
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
  • Manage inquiries, quotes, price comparisons, and callbacks
  • Resolve customer concerns with urgency and care
  • Assist with insurance authorizations and payment processing
  • Accurately document quotes, work orders, and invoicing
  • Communicate vehicle status updates and appointment reminders
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
  • Assist in glass procurement and inventory tasks when necessary
  • Maintain organized records and support general administrative functions
