This is a full scale operation where backend performance directly impacts production, compliance, and client experience. Position Overview We are hiring across multiple backend roles within our operations team, including Customer Service, Verification, and Data Entry. These roles are interconnected and work together to support production, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless client experience. Based on your strengths, experience, and performance, you may be placed into or cross trained across one or more of these functions. At GetMeHealthcare, we provide everything you need to succeed from day one. This includes paid training, structured onboarding, daily support, and access to the same systems that power our sales organization. You will utilize our proprietary platforms, including The Gorilla CRM and Aurora, to verify applications, manage client information, and support production at a high level.   • Experience in customer service, data entry, insurance, or call center environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process application data for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions professionally
  • Support sales representatives with backend processing and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records across internal systems
  • Identify and correct discrepancies quickly and efficiently
  • Work within deadlines in a high volume production environment
