Customer Service Representative III
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative will be handling customer inquiries about our products. These inquiries come from a variety of lead sources and are the result of both inbound and outbound efforts. The Customer Service Representative performs a basic level of lead qualification typically following a scripted presentation. This is a career path role into becoming a Loan Officer. We will train and prepare you for a successful sales career within a short time frame. Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients Performing a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products Communicating effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments Multi-tasking effectively by speaking and entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant inside sales experience
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- College education is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment
- Able to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts
