About The Position

This is an entry-level Customer Service Representative position. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, enter orders, and ensure a smooth experience from quote to delivery. Training is provided, and this role is a great starting point for building a career in customer service, sales support, or operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service or retail experience
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and dependable work habits

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions by phone and email
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately
  • Provide basic product information and pricing
  • Track order status and communicate updates to customers
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams
  • Prepare quotes and order confirmations
  • Assist walk-in showroom customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform other general customer service tasks as assigned
