About The Position

Customer Service Representative (Experienced)Location: Houston, TX (100% Onsite)Contract: 1-YearNote: No per diem or relocation assistance is offered. Candidates must reside within a drivable distance of Houston, TX. Employees in this role provide informed decision-making and problem‑solving support to address non‑routine customer requests, inquiries, and complaints related to billing, policies, and other service matters. Using a solid understanding of corporate procedures and policies, the Customer Service Representative ensures customer issues are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently. The position emphasizes strong public relations skills and effective revenue risk management while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 1+ years

Responsibilities

  • Handle situations, which may require adaptation of response
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and educating them on energy usage.
  • Record and process commitments on customer's accounts.
  • Assist customers with online account and mobile app requests.
  • Meet performance metrics and schedule adherence requirements daily.
  • Helps provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members
  • Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned
