About The Position

TechOp Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives, responsible for handling general information calls and assisting both internal and external callers. The ideal candidate will excel in emergency situations, be a reliable and consistent presence, and demonstrate strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow established protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience call center experience is highly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and information inquiries.
  • Follow established emergency procedures and call handling protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with callers.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and records.
  • Other duties as assigned
