About The Position

Transdev in Tulare, Ca is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: $22.00 - $26.75 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale) Starting pay $22.00 per hour with progression to $26.75 per hour over 5 years. Benefits include: Vacation : Accrued per Union CBA Guidelines Paid Sick Leave: Accrued according to union CBA guidelines; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays. Requirements

• Bilingual – Spanish speaking required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
• DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Other duties as required.
