We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is confident supporting both the front desk and the exam and treatment areas, bringing compassion, organization, and teamwork to every part of the day. Requirements

  • Love working with people and enjoy creating positive experiences from the first phone call to the final tail wag.
  • Are organized and detail-oriented, keeping schedules, records, and communication running smoothly.
  • Thrive as a multitasker and stay calm, kind, and focused during busy moments.
  • Feel confident using digital systems, phone platforms, and patient charts.
  • Bring a clear, compassionate approach, especially when supporting pet parents.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow.
  • Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating patient files.
  • Supporting the veterinary team with communication and coordination.
  • Processing payments and checking clients in and out.
  • Helping to ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experience.
