We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers. Specific Responsibilities: Place customer orders and arrange for delivery via customers’ preferences Enter all customer pricing into SAP for invoicing accuracy Update pricing when project pricing is sent by regional managers Consolidate orders so that customers receive best freight charges Respond to needs of the customer by phone or email quickly and accurately Assist other customer service reps when needed Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately Process RMAs, credits and rebills within required timeframes Increase customer awareness and satisfaction through personal contacts and/or visits Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel
