About The Position

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns through residential, door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods. This role focuses on face-to-face customer service, community engagement, and building positive relationships with residents while supporting meaningful nonprofit causes. No experience is required — we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support from day one. This position is ideal for individuals with a customer service mindset who enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in their community.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales is a plus — not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents through residential outreach
