Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, greet incoming customers.
Work cooperatively with internal teams.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
Contact insurance companies to verify and obtain information on behalf of the customers.
Assist in scheduling customer appointments.
Update customers on the status of repair process.
Input data into shop management system.
Other duties as assigned.
