About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in Miami, United States! We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understanding Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Document customer interactions and update account information in our database Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Requires Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus in the Miami area

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally

  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
