About The Position

Titan Motorsports is looking for a sales person to join our sales team. The successful applicant will be working directly with our customers from across the world. You will be our first-line of contact to our customers. You will use our tools to recieve track and resolve customer issues. As a Titan Motorsports Customer Service Representative you will professionally handle a high volume of complex inbound calls, which may also include correspondence to emails, faxes or written letters. Ensure questions and issues are resolved both promptly and accurately. Assist in a manner that participants are able to understand while thoroughly and efficiently gathering information, assessing and fulfilling the caller's needs, and providing education along the way.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service including retail or any high impact customer service role.
  • 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in the Automotive Performance and Motorsport industry.
  • Knowledge of Automotive basics including verbiage and functionality.
  • Familiarity with Automotive parts and parts manufacturers.
  • Experience with Windows workstations and Microsoft Office Tools.
