You will process orders, make follow up calls to customers and provide assistance to our external sales force. This is a full-time, entry-level position. Hours are: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m, On-Site. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Prioritize the customer experience Manage multiple responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism Build positive relationships with our customers and sales force Be able to problem solve, work independently, and support other team members.

Requirements

  • Written and verbal communication is required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Proficient English language skills required
  • Excellent Telephone Etiquette
  • Ability to Multitask
  • BCI requires a post- offer background check, physical and drug screen and employment is contingent upon satisfactory results.
