About The Position
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service through the use of product knowledge, positive attitude, and high energy.
Requirements
- High school diploma
Nice To Haves
- Retail experience and or farming/agriculture knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in finding product/items to suit their needs
- Operate cash register/computer
- Assembling merchandise; setting up and taking down displays
- Price changes/mark downs
- Ability to squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders
- Move and transfer merchandise generally weighing 0-50 lbs. throughout the store.
- Work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends
- Operate equipment necessary to run store such as a dolly, hand-truck, fork lift (if 18 years old), computer, and cash register
- Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
