This individual will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing our sales productivity, and assisting with the overall optimization of customer service. Job Summary: THIS POSITION IS AN ON-SITE POSITION AT OUR MIAMI GARDENS FACILITY The Customer Service Representative provides support/service for all customers via phone, email, or fax. The job provides world class customer service in all interactions. The successful individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to perform accurate data entry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred
  • Communication and Organizational skills (English/Spanish a plus)
  • 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
  • Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
  • Must be computer literate with data entry skills.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally
  • Accurately input information into various fields
  • Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information
  • Maintain an order batch
  • Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required
  • Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Verify Items and customer’s information entered accurately
  • Follow up on pending payments and process payments
