About this opportunity - Customer Service Representative (International) Description: Responsibilities include but not limited to customer service support and activities and order processing, invoicing, and inventory support as listed below:

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience/ (Medical Device a plus)
  • Efficient and accurate processing of customer requests
  • Ability to effectively articulate and communicate with customers, management and employees, in both verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Good general math skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive matters
  • Attention to detail, able to work autonomously
  • Experience in clerical, administrative, corporate environment
  • Skilled in computer keyboard, experienced in multiple corporate processing systems
  • Experience in Customer Service field, ERP processing preferred
  • Some Accounting or Bookkeeping experience, a plus
  • Moderate standing or walking.
  • Extended periods of sitting.
  • Heavy computer use.
  • Light lifting.
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years Customer Service in Medical Device (preferred), 1 to 2 years of international experience

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls, emails and/or faxes
  • Processing OUS / ROW orders
  • Processing customer orders
  • Confirming order accuracy
  • Processing sales orders and distributing to fulfillment team
  • Processing customer order confirmations
  • Customer Follow up
  • Processing Proforma Invoice and customer follow up
  • Coordinating and allocating inventory with Warehouse/Production
  • Processing Commercial Invoice and all logistical documentation
  • Coordinating Freight Forwarders
  • Submitting all order, logistical and Quality documents to customer
  • File Maintenance Processing Inventory Returns in Sage/ RA Log Maintenance
  • Issuing RA numbers
  • Expirations and Exchanges
  • Complaints
  • damaged products
  • General Customer Service support, as needed
