About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support the daily operations of our customer service and sales team. This entry-level position offers paid training and a clear path into a management role for high-performing candidates. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and problem-solve effectively
  • Experience or willingness to cross-train and mentor team members
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally and calmly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and changing work environment
