As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work with a team of 6-8 peers to answer inquiries (50-100 calls & emails/day) regarding business customer accounts to investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. You will serve as the liaison between the sales staff, warehouse team, billing and the customer. This role is onsite in our Seattle WA (Sumner) office, M-F. You will be assigned a consistent shift either 7:00a-4:00p or 8:00a – 5:00p. There may be some flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
