Customer Service Rockstar: Previous experience in customer service, or a call center is highly valued. Communication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers effectively. Tech-Savvy Performer: Comfortable using modern software and CRM systems (Service Titan experience is a bonus). High-Energy, Positive Attitude: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with enthusiasm. Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is your strong suit, even under pressure. Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional job offer. What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in our success by ensuring every customer interaction is seamless and efficient. Your daily mission includes: Making an Impact Through Connections: Achieve 100+ customer contacts daily through inbound and outbound calls to aid, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments. Booking Appointments with Speed and Precision: Respond to leads quickly and efficiently to maintain a speed-to-lead booking rate of 85% or higher. Scheduling Success: Secure 12+ booked service calls daily for our technicians, ensuring an optimized schedule. Updating Records with Care: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information in Service Titan.
