Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of recent high-volume call center or contact center experience
  • This experience must be within the last 12 months
  • The client strongly prefers the candidate's most recent role being in a call center environment
  • Must have direct experience as a Call Center Customer Service Representative
  • Must be a local candidate able to work onsite in Austin, Texas
  • Must have no visa restrictions
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent high-volume inbound contact center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days
  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claim status, and other program-related questions
  • Support problem resolution as needed
  • Respond to inbound phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely
  • Document all interactions in clear, accurate, and concise online logs
  • Transfer callers to other call center units when appropriate
  • Meet individual attendance, performance, and quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics
